Restaurant Management Contact Survey
Take a second to get a Paper & Pencil and complete this 15 Question - Yes/No answer Survey. On the Paper, write numbers 1. through 15. Then answer Yes or No next to each Number. At the end we have a scoring scale that will easily confirm for you whether or not you need help with your Restaurant, Bar, Catering, Cafeteria, Hotel or Food & Beverage Service Business.

As you take the Survey, you'll begin to see what you can improve upon in the daily Operations and Management of your Restaurant. All of the questions are based on your knowledge of the question's answer off the top of your head. No research allowed! At the end we will have a scoring that will confirm easily whether or not you need our services.

2. Has a customer commented this week that you have "the very best" of anything you do?


3. Do you have 2 out of 10 employees (or more) who are below average or considered for replacement?


4. Was the last score on your health department review 97 or above?


5. Do you know the total of your Fresh and Dry goods invoices for two weeks ago?


6. Do you know the total of your Gross Sales for last week?
 

7. Does your POS system (or any system) track Customer Counts, In-house & To-Go Sales & Labor Cost by the hour?


8. Do you know your Customer Counts & Sales figures for this same week last year?


9. Do you know the (current) exact food cost (to the penny) of every Salad on your Menu?


10. Do you know the exact last time your Windowsills and Picture frames were cleaned?


11. Do you have an Inventory tracking system in place that identifies daily usage of all Food?


12. Are Groups, Catering, Pre-Packaged Retail or To-Go Sales at least 25% of your Monthly Sales Gross?
    

13. Do you belong to Neighborhood, Civic or National Business or Hospitality associations that help you keep the pulse of your business trends?


14. Are you considering hiring Lead or Managerial Personnel in the very near future?
